How soon will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. During peak holiday seasons or new collection launches, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are your headbands comfortable for all-day wear?
Yes! Our headbands are specifically engineered with a flexible, comfort-fit base designed to prevent pinching and headaches, even after hours of wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.

To maintain the quality of your pieces, we recommend storing them in their original dust bag, avoiding contact with hairspray or perfume, and spot cleaning with a soft, dry cloth.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
